project’s aim was to develop an educational portal for the Dual Studies Faculty at Palestine Polytechnic University. The portal is designed to manage and monitor the training of students within partner companies, facilitating seamless coordination between all stakeholders.
Developing the educational portal for the Dual Studies Faculty presented several challenges. Managing and tracking student training across multiple partner companies required careful data organization to avoid conflicts and ensure accuracy. Implementing distinct access levels for students, faculty, and company supervisors added complexity, while real-time monitoring and reporting had to provide up-to-date insights for all stakeholders. Additionally, the platform needed to remain scalable and performant as the number of users and training records grew, all while maintaining high standards of data security and privacy.
Our strategy focused on creating a seamless educational portal that efficiently manages student training across multiple partner companies. By implementing distinct user roles for students, faculty, and company supervisors, and integrating real-time monitoring and reporting, we ensured smooth coordination and clear communication between all stakeholders. Additionally, we optimized data handling and platform performance to provide a scalable and reliable solution.
